SocioTown is a 100% web-based 3D Social MMOG (Massive Multiplayer Online Game). It's playable in a browser with no downloadable client required. It utilizes Adobe’s Shockwave Player, which most browsers already have installed.
SocioTown can best be described as a cross between The Sims and Nintendo’s Animal Crossing. It’s not simply just a virtual world, it truly is a social massive onlne game. There are game elements such as completing missions, leveling up, fighting, and advanced interaction with NPCs (Non Playable Characters).
